American School of Doha - Waitlist

We applied for a Grade 1 admission (school year 08/09) at American School of Doha. Does anyone knows if there is a waitlist and how long that might be. Would also be interesting to get some feedback / experience how fast the school is finalising their admission procedures!

The contract negotiation depends on the school availability. Thx for any inputs

I was on the ASD site and saw that there is an application fee of QR500. Is this something new? The old qapplication  requirements lists did not have this on? Can anyone shed some light on it?

Thanks Deedee. You seem to know what you are talking about. Would you mind telling me what makes you so confident that it works? Maybe we can get directly in touch.

for current students is usually in March.   So they can't be sure how many spots for new students they will have until after that.   However, if you are this early, have no worries.   You will definitely get in.

hello.

i just went to ASD last Sunday and talked with Ms. Vola Mouranie, the School Registrar regarding two kids of one of our employees.  I went there to negotiate for the two kis to be accommodated for the coming school year.  However, she pleasantly informed me that we shall be knowing everything by April.
