Anti Family

Qatar is becoming one of the most anti-family country in the whole earth.

Recently, we recruited around 10 European expats from Dubai. They have been there for quite a while with their families.

Obviously, they need to bring along their families when they move here in Qatar.

On the process of visa application, the immigration department denied family sponsorship visa to the families as they require 6 months bank statements.

We need to stay away from our family for 6 months because of this bullshit? They cannot also stay in Dubai as the previous sponsorship will be cancelled.

Family is the most basic from of community and Qatar if they want to succeed better think of ways on how to relax the regulations concerning family immigration.

If many people bring wife / children here and who will look after their parents ?

So it is good for the parents back home they will enjoy the company of daughters in law and grand children ..

I don't think Qatar needs the money of the expats...

All is because of money you can bring your family for 6 or 9 months with visit visa so you will pay every an amount to the Qatar gov.and after 6 month even i saw soo many threads they denied to give visa with out any obligation and you cant find the reason of rejection.

sorry to say but wasta is the most power full thing here in gulf not only in doha. so try to find or purchase wasta and get your family here.

sorry to all of you but i am statefwd and saying the truth which i bear in this country.

thanks.

Qatar is good at tearing families apart. However, I would not have come here if not with familiy. They wanted me, they had to take the whole bunch, too.

Of course they want to make it harder for families to come.

Look at the traffic and the overcrowded malls and schools and hospitals and parks.

Any sensible government would want fewer people here who don't work.

If they're European then they can come here on visit visa.
