Can I cry in doha?

Usually I am not home in Thursday night and now I am home.
I would like to cry in DOHA but didn't and came back to my room.

Can I cry like that?

beware :

crying while speeding above 200 km/h

crying while jumping red light

crying while stop your car middle of the road

crying while stop your car in pedestrian

crying while asking money to unknown people

will make you in deep trouble.
