My friend wants to divorce her muslim husband in Sharia court here in Qatar on the ground that they did not see each other for almost 2 years,he does not support her and her twin babies in any way.Although the father recognizd the kids as his own he makes no attempt to see them.Who will get custody over the kids.She is christian
