I call to Doha Securities Market, Doha Exchange is the new name, and One lady, sounding lazy and newly awaken by my call answered, and just said wait and diverted my call where no one answer, i called again ang it seems hanged because its busy, after an hour i called again and the same, she diverted again, i called again and i immediately i told her what i want to ask and divert me again, someone answered and said , you should come here if you have question to know, and close the phone,,,

Sometime we could not blame the employers if they give a higher salaries to expats...

Unfortunately, this is something you have to live with in Qatar until something happens to change it..

Government dept. are even worse. If they answer you they'll give you wrong or incomplete info :(

I was calling to save time going there, if i keep calling them, my time will be consumed to nothing.

I guess it happens all the time here.Few days ago I called the Emirates Embassy to ask about the visa.The lady who answered gave me another number-for the visa section.The number was always busy so I called back the first number to ask if that line is always busy or????She answered in a very rude way saying that they are very busy and if I want something I have to go there!!??

My question is:why on earth they have telephone lines there??I don't see the rational since you have to go there and get the information...
