Engineer registration with UPDA

As per my company's requirement, I want to get registered with UPDA. I went to their office at 9th floor opposite to City centre.

I was told that forms can be downloaded from website but unfortunately I could n't find any. Can you please help ?

How to get the form and how to apply ?
Any details of test ?

Dear Brother,

To register in upda

they are two form has to be filled in arabic

2. ID PROOF

3. PASSPORT COPY

4. DEGREE CERTIFICATE

5. EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE

6. THEN EXAM
