Ezdan 5 in Wakrah

Seriously thinking about moving out of Doha and into the new Ezdan 5 compound in Wakrah. ANYBODY CURRENTLY LIVING THERE got any feedback of plus's and negatives of this compound.

Appreciate your thoughts.

Thanks - in particular EMC - I had read a lot of similar input in reference to E 2 and was rather hoping that lessons had been learnt - who am I kidding!!! Thanks anyway.

On the plus side is the cost and the "deal" which I am sure is very well known - which, in relative terms, is VERY attractive.

Chairboy,

Bad quality construction... Noisy at nights with those sewage trucks...plus the rowdy and loud kids..I am suffering from this at the moment..plus the dust that come through gaps in the AC, Doors, windows..

poor electrical works...very short lived energy savings bulbs from china...otherwise...you have to struggle a lot to make yourself understood by the plumbers, electricians and compound manager....rooms are very spacious for a villa..this is the only plus point...

If you decide to live there, stay away from teh elctrical generator...it will kill you softly with its noise...Good luck to you.

.

Inferior quality and poor construction issues exist in a number of housing units of Ezdan 4. Still it's a good choice and a half hour drive (one side) from Doha..if you have the time.
