I am in Confusion to Buy Flat or Villa, please help. I have got some opinions from someone, they are...
Think before buying a Flat or Apartment:

Now a days, peoples are buying Flats and Apartments instead of Villas. Think... Flat Life is Good or Not?

1. In Flat, there is no place for Gardening, Cultivation etc...
2. In Flat, there is no place for Peaceful Prayer .
3. In Flat , there are lots of immoral Activities are reporting now a days, especially in India.
4. After buying Flat, most of the builders are not looking the maintenance
5. Some of the builders are using cheap and less quality materials and thinking only about their profits.
6. After some years, Flat's Bath Rooms, Toilet will start leaking and it will create problems with the bottom living families. Most of them are not doing waterproofing in roof top.
7. In Flat , you have to pay additional amount for Parking, Waste disposal, Security, Maintenance.
8. In Flat, our mind will become narrow and tensionful, lack of negative ION.
9. There is no privacy for Flat Living Persons.
10. In Flat , You can not play a music with high volume.
11. Flat cost yearly decreasing and only Depreciation, no resale value.
12. In Flat life, Childrens are some times falling from top, most of them are seriusly injuring.
13. Girls are not Safe in Flat always especially low class Person living Flats.
14. 3 bed Room Flat cost more than 35 Lakhs Indian Rupees, why they are asking this much Price?
15. Flat builders are deducting the area of corridor, Elevator, Steps etc.. from your Flat Space and you should bear the Charges.
16. If you are living in more than 4 storied Flat, your time will waste during the go top and bottom of Flat.
17. Gas Connections are some times making Problems in Flats, if it blast, most of the part of the Flat will be affected.

What ABout your Opinion regarding this Matter? Buy Flat or Villa? Which one is best for you? Think and Buy.

the best option is to go for a villa if it is for you to live in that to0 though it may take some time to construct (proper finance without any halt in payment in between may take only a year to construct)one instead of buying because when you buy you are atleast paying 30 % extra on the actual cost of the villa so in the end a 3 bedroom villa will cost only somewhat equivalent to what a 2 -3 bedroom flat may cost plus you will have your own privacy with the design and space of the rooms , halls and kitchen as per your wish (dont take into consideration of the value of land buy plot anywhere in the outerskirt of the city because the country is developing fast so soon there will be appericition in the market)

but if you are looking from the investment point of view then you can buy a flat againg due to the ever expanding population and standard of living in india the value of flat will always go up so if you sell the flat after few years you will definetly fetch a huge profit

Note: if you go for constructing a villa hire an trust worthy contractor itself also if you are staying abroad during the time of construction appoint someone in your own family who is very knowledgable to take care and supervise the site while the constructions are going on because even if the engineer is trustworthy and if he is busy with soem other projects also they he may leave it in the hands of his best assistant who occasionally wont mix the concrete properly etc which may result in damages in the buildings like crack on wall , leak etc after nearly 2 years
