ice cream, cakes and chocolates hehehehe (just joking)

stay away from those, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, foods with lots of iron. anyway your OB will know best ;) good luck

- soft/cola drinks; fresh fruit juices is advisable

- salty /sweet foods...eat in moderation.

I'm saying this as these made me balooned to 200 lbs when I was preggy with my daughter way, way, way back then...lol

Avoid caffeine and get yourself on a pre-natal vitamin - you need that folic acid.

read some books, ask your doctor.   This is such an easy question, if you don't know something as simple as healthy eating, you are in for a real shock during your pregnancy.  Good luck

usually, ur body will tell u what it needs :o)

u can always take some supplements, too. like folic acid and so on.
