Getting immunisation record from Al Ahli hospital

Hello, I recently relocated back to the UK after living in Qatar for 5 years. Unfortunately, during the move we misplaced the immunisation record for my two children and need to get hold of this to ensure continuity of health care back in the UK.

My children had all of their vaccinations at Al Ahli Hospital and I have been trying unsuccessfully to get through to someone at the Peadiatric clinic who could take a scan/photocopy of the immunisation record for my two children from their medical records and send/email it to me.

If anyone has a helpful contact at Al Ahli hospital who could help with getting the above information then please let me know.
