Thanks punjabi...I'll give it a try. I've tried Kaukab Khwaja's recipe for it but poories were not so hit, the result was 50/50 and half of the poories remained flat after frying...but I have to make something to stuff in chick peas or potatoes  

I make very good panipuris with yummy mint sweet and sour and real kadak spicy water to fill in with boiled choley and alu..... aloo...the moment u keep one in ur mouth the real flames will come out from ur ears... :)

u will not get pani pooris taste in doha all are serving taste less pani pooris taste here in doha ... i telling bec i will try some many place pakistani sweets , bombay choupati , ans even in orinetal too....

so now the best one is???? Pakistani sweet or the one at old airport road?
