First thing is your husband has to be in compliance with the certain government requirements in order to sponsor his family. then he needs a NOC letter from his company.. then he gathers some doc's, submit the application, and wait.

let your husband ask PRO of his company to lead his in this process. many companies do it for their employees and even pay the expenses.. but of course it depends on the company.
