2 years old is far too young to start a child at school. Most schools start accepting children at the age of 3 in their nursery classes. The day is much shorter than the older children, usually only for a few hours per day.
There are many English schools in Doha but i would personally advise you to seek a school close to your home. Morning traffic can be very heavy and it is very unfair to have such a young child endure hours in the car.
