my kids r learning Quran here and they will learn there in Doha too inshAllah..but yes u r right i am looking someone who can teach my kids islamic education like u said basic of hadidth, biography of Muhammed(pbuh)his wives(R.A),,all the main things which he is learning here in school.just wanted them to continue all these things in Doha too..
With due respects to all, having a book of Islamic Studies and some chapters of Quran to be memorized and an Arabic book is offered in most of the schools in Doha.
And with due respects to TNG and the curriculum they are offering, i would refrain to comment on my findings and limitations; this will hijack the thread...
Are you asking for learning to read the Quran or read and recite or read, recite and memorize.
Or you want to your kids to learn understanding of the meaning of Quran, the pillars of Islam, pillars of eman, the basic of Hadidth, the basic of Aqeeda, the biography of the Prophets (p &but), the life of Prophet Muhammad (P&BUH) about his wives (R.A), his companions, the main Khulfa e rasheens etc. (R.A)
If you may please ellaborate then one can guide you.
However you might not find all of the above on one stop or under one roof and for sure not from one teacher.
Please do let me know and Insha'Allah i will try to help..
u r right Plaza i am teaching him small things at home but i guess if u find someone who can come over or ur kids can go daily basis they will learn in a more better way..because by this they will be punctual.sometimes u r busy in other house holds..so u cant give proper time at home..
I have the same prob.. I have a son and i want him to start islamic studies early, we have ambitions on making him a hafiz if allah wills and chooses him. But i am having such a hard time finding a place that has a hafizi prog. Called Al fanar and they don't have one. I am from america and alot of islamic schools have a hafizi prog built in. It's said to say, but i had more access to islamic studies and a bigger community in america then i do here. Which is why i am sooo surprised.
