La Rose Tower Suggestions

Hey Qlers, hope tenants will help another tenant.

One of the agents shown me a flat in La Rose apartments near crazy signal. It looks fine and am thinking of renting that.

If any one is living there and have experienced living there, i would appreciate if you can share the pros and cons like maintenance, parking issues etc., anything you would like to share about it. The agent is good and i do take his words, just wanted to check my luck, to get second opinion and see if any La Rose resident read this forum and gives his/her inputs.

I am offered 6.5K semi furnished.

Semi furnished , they have 2 BR, 1 BR, Studio Flats ??, regarding parking as of now they are not fully occupied and they have ample parking, as of now it should not be a problem
