Guys we are here to provide some information or assistance to those who are in need of help. So my dear friends, i don't want to waste mine and your's valuable time by arguing on a baseless comment.

If i am capable of doing something its obvious that i will be proud of it. Proud to be an Indian and better english speaker than billion others.

Supernurse FYKI.... Many Indians speak and understand english better than Americans or any other native speaker. And Indians do have the capability to speak fluent english.

Unfortunately, most of the call center executives does not get proper training and ends-up in confusing the callers.

It would be grateful, if we answer the question rather than discuss on some irrelevant topic.
