Man Power Agency & House Maid Experience

Folks,
I have two questions. I intend to hire a house maid and need to know the following.

1- Does anyone have the contact of a good man power agency (based on his/her experience)?
2- Please share your experience about keeping maids (easy to manage with them or not) as I personally don't feel comfortable but due to my family's requirement, I have to opt for one.
I have heard from many people here that usually their experience with house maids was not good and they ended up sending them back after having lot of problems and issues.
