marriage contract authentication

gud day kabayans...do i still need to have authentication of our marriage contract from moi even if it is already authenticated from DFA and qatar embassy in the philippines. if ever needed, what would be the procedure for authentication from MOI...please...i wish ur help with this concern...thank you very much in advance!

I was told by our PRO that if you have the Qatar Embassy Ministry of Foreign Affaris square stamp from your home country, it was good enough.
