I know one lady who is having an affair right in her home with the husbands knowledge. Its more like prostitution because she gets money from this man. The husband has done all in his power to stop them but now the wife is kicking him out, she told him either he accept her affair or get out of their house. The husband is on visit visa and is now worried that he will lose his wife and his kids to this other man. What can he do, legally? Thanx

the husband should be strong enough to tackle this problem and prayers.

actually no one can guide you properly here , your circumstances and your actual situation , only you know better . if whatever you said is true , you better go back to your kids and leave your wife to whatever she is into . she will get it and realize what she is doing. you can have a better life with your kids and have someone better /suitable to be your life partner.

brother, i'm so sorry about the poor husband that still he is thinking of loosing the wife who doesn't deserve such a nice man. he has to understand that if his wife is like this, soon or later but one day will come that the relationship will break between them. i'm also a single father living with my son alone for a long time but my problems were different.

he should not think about that he will loose his wife, infact she will loose him and once she will be divorced than she will know the price of having a good husband.

he should report the police and even if he is on visit visa, he can do everything against their affair.

gud luck brother,

regards,

khalid

Be strong play with the situation, first do you best to get a job. then, help your self and your children.

An illicit affair is always illicit irrespective of the venue of the crime. Husband must report the affair to local authorities and both the wife and her paramour will land in jail and he will get custody of their children, return home and leave peacefully.

Whether he will take action or not, he already lost his wife to another man, his concern now should focus on the children.

What a pity! On a visit visa makes him more helpless cos I don"t think their marriage is recognised in Qatar since he is not the sponsor of the wife. Though he can stop the relationship btw his wife and the other man by exposing their illicit act. However he must be prepared to possibly lose his wife as the wife might be evicted from the country which could make her seek for divorce
