Medical Services for Family visitors

Dear all, My wife is on a family visit for 6 months. I want to know whether Hamad hospital provides any medical services without health card. how much is the charge for ultrasound test in Qatar? which hospital provides good services with nominal charges. thank you very much for your kind information.
