Minor travelling out of Qatar without parents (Inquiry) ???

Hello all,

My 1 year old son will be travelling to Manila with his grandmother for a 1 month vacation (the parents cannot go home and accompany due to unforeseen circumstances). My toddler has a valid passport and residence visa and we have already secured a parental travel permit from the Phil. embassy. I'd like to know whether Qatar immigration has other policies or requirements regarding this. I tried checking the website but can't seem to find any topic related to this and also tried searching topics here but to no avail also. Anybody who has undergone the same experience or has any ideas can pls. share their thoughts. Your replies will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Have a prosperous new year to all! =)

ALL THE ABOVE ANSWERS ARE TRUE BUT DONT FORGET TO HIS GRANDPARENTS TO SECURE A DSWD PERMIT IN THE PHILIPPINES WHEN THEY COME BACK TO DOHA BECAUSE YOUR CHILD IS TRAVELLING WITHOUT HIS PARENTS. PHILIPPINE IMMIGRATION DOES NOT ALLOW MINOR TO TRAVEL WITHOUT HIS PARENTS EITHER MOTHER OR FATHER.

I have done the same for my kid. There will not be any issues at Doha airport, but when coming back , they might face questions at Manila airport, bcoz they are trying to take out childwithout his parents. Give your parents a passport copy of you and your wife (signed), with a signed authorization, allowing Mr. XYZ to travel with your child.
