I do not really know about the pre natal classes, but I know about a lady who does Lamaze. Her name is Mrs Gwen Newnham and her numbers are 5206824 & 5289088. Give her a call. I am sure she will be able to help you.
There are no classes given by hospitals that I know of (although Al Ahli has been "talking about it" for a while, so call over there and check)... Ask around to your friends, there are some midwives who do stuff like that (that's what I did before I had my baby here, although she doesn't offer classes anymore).
Hi i tried to find some for my wife, due early october. Couldn't find any, but now she has a network of other expecting mothers and a good book DVD collection on the subject.
Lots of previous postings on this topic and related, hospitals etc....
