Opinions about Al Sailiya Barwa project?

Hello guys,

I'm thinking of moving to the Barwa property in Al Sailiyah.

Has anyone already moved there? or to any other Barwa property?

What are your experiences? Would you share them? Would you advice a small family to move to a Barwa project?

All feedback will be appreciated, thanks.

and hence I'm very interested in moving. I went there a coupla times already but found that only 30 or so families have moved in so far.

That's the reason I was just asking on QL. Thanks ex.ex.expat and Jack.

of the Industrial area and beyond, you should be fine mate :)

I have to say I saw them from the road and they reminded me of Ronan Point in Newham, which was council housing put up so cheaply and quickly in the 1960s. A large portion of the building collapsed when there was a gas explosion from a woman lighting her stove in one flat.

Having said that, if there is substantial savings on rent and you don't mind living in a huge housing project full of families, it might be good for you when you consider the financial alternatives.
