Potty training advise

Hi guys!

im a mother of a two year old boy, and i need some advise on potty training, any suggestion please?

CHOOSE THE CORRECT POSITION When using the potty, girls always take a seated position. Boys, however, have a choice - they can either sit on it or stand in front, facing it. Choose the position that you think is most suited to your child.

Yeah, i heard about that, i've tried potty training him alot of times, but he just wont tell me if he needed to go, he will tell me after he did it! witch is very funny sometimes....hehehe

Don't do it because it's what you want ...

Try and make it fun, not a chore. Have you heard about the ping pong balls in the toilet and getting them to aim?
