process servers in Qatar

My husband fled to Qatar to escape a divorce. Does anyone know if there are process servers who serve U.S. divorces? I assume first of all I would need to find out where he is or where he works. He's from Texas with an accent, so he shouldn't be that hard to find.
Any ideas would be helpful.

If you are just seeking to physically serve your ex with a divorce decree you probably have two options, either you contact a local lawyer here in Qatar there is a list on this link

Or you could use an international process server. If you Google 'process server Qatar' you will get many results of international process servers based in the US who can help you.
To my knowledge though if you are seeking to recover payments due to you ordered by US court it may not be possible to get such payment orders enforced against your Ex in Qatar due to the difference between the laws of the USA and Qatar. For example a Qatar Court order will not be recognised in the US as there is no 'comity' between the laws of the respective countries.
I would advise you contact a local lawyer in the first step.
