Decent that he is buying the coffee any other sort of activities is none of my business especially that you can see a mutual agreement between the two parties.

Thank you, Whatever-7. I understand. Are there many "decent" pick-uppers?

They pick up anything that could be up-loaded; simply go to Coffee Beanery on Friday arround 1 am and you will see a lot of picking up activities.

Sometimes the picking up person is decent enough to get his cargo a cup of coffee before heading to the offload area.

Al khor park(Corniche) is so crowded by weekend:(

*****************************************************

We were given: Two hands to hold. To legs to walk. Two eyes to see. Two ears to listen. But why only one heart? Because the other was given to someone else. For us to find.

Thanks to asian_tigerusty for this post and to all of you for your contributions.

Please tell me if it is possible to go jogging at these parks, and which one is the best

to run long distance (from 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes), I went to the corniche

a couple of times, but it is very crowded, and I juste want to change. It is aslo nice to have the kids close by when we are exercising.

Thanks again for your advices/suggestions.

Dahl Al Hamam park is the best

closed with fence all around and have all kind of playing areas including basket ball court and rollers areas.

it's on the way to landmark to the left at some roundabout that i can't remember it's name.

you can reach it from markhiya r/a.

public park/ garden here in qatar are very nice because there's FREE wi-fi or wireless internet so to enjoy while relaxing!

i agree with irf77 that qatar should build more parks/ garden with the increasing number of population expats and locals...i hope government will take this into consideration...

so long...

BY the Corniche , Doha also you can go to Sheraton park or Museum park ....

You can go to the town called Al - Khor their Corniche is nice for kids ...

You can go to the town called Messaid in the town centre there is a nice park with a fast food restaurant ...

there is playground at Doha zoo as well with a lots of trees around ...

Unfortunately you can not go to Mumtazah family park any more as it was closed 5 years ago for Maintenance - and there has not been any work in progress since - as far as I know ... You can not go to Palm Tree Island anymore as the palm trees were cut and all the infrastructe destroyed - though it was such a fun to be there on the island ...
