Risks of sponsoring a live OUT nanny...

Hi, we are thinking of hiring a live OUT nanny but the problem is she is now under smn's else sponsorship and it needs to be transerred to us. We don't mind sponsoring her but don't want her to live with us - she is OK with that. Apparently she can be trusted (according to her previous US sponsor) so it shouldn't be a problem. But I still wonder what is the risk in the worst case scenario, like if she gets in trouble - are we responsible? Would appreciate if you share your experience. Thank you.

She can work in other places if her sponcer has no objection to it.

Hi,

Whats the story with the penalties? So, even if you are OK with them taking part time jobs there is a penalty? What if they work for 'free'!!

Alot of trouble will possibly be encountered. Why? If live out means she might take more job with or without your knowledge is not advisable. Someone who work to others not under the sponsor when caught will pay penalty, both parties and it will be all on your sponsorships responsibilities.
