Hi All, Am an Indian n I have been working here for last 1yr. Am in love with a girl of my native n i wanted 2 bring her here urgently (Els I'll lose the game;)), but I cant apply for a family visa, coz still v r not married n also am not meeting the family visa salary standards. But I hav the confidence to arrange a job for her too here.
By the way the matter is, is it possible 2 live togthr wth out a family visa (in case of married/unmarried)? What r the steps 2get a visit visa for an unmarried girl? Wt wil b the cost? procedures for a marriage 2register here?
How long a visit visa period can be extended?
...Any Feasible Solutions... ?
(In the present scenario I cant think of 2go back n settle down in India)

Very Sorry to see one more victim of true love struggling to meet his success.

Dear No pain no gain.

FIrst of all,

Staying with a girl in unmarried status is like sleeping on thorns, so my advice is go home and register your marriage and tats all u want to bring her in.

Even if u dont have a salary to get a family visa, u can definetly bring her in 2 ways

1. Business Visit Visa

2. Tourist Visa

U can bring ur luv in any one and finding a job depends on all her performance and confidence and fluency.

So dont waste ur time, prepare everything for register marriage through ur friends back home, do tat, get togather legally, then plan of bringing her in which will give you both more pleasure and peace of mind.

Regards,

Anwar

This is not fair game. You dont know who am I and I know you very well. This is true that you can bring up her here on visit visa. You are planning fun at home free of cost everyday. I'd let you only if you share fun with me too.

It's not a problem to get the visa, but make sure that other complications should not arise. Best wishes!!!!!!!.

Agree with Campbell, as long as she has a Job it shouldnt be problem. As it goes for living together I dont think its much of problem, however you definately need to look at your surroundings.

Well, this involves a lot of risk!!!

U can bring her in Visting VISA!!! but u should get on with the right process.

and living shouldnt be probelm together as long as u both are ready to go for it. (MAKE SURE SHE GETS A JOB TOO)

Holla! Have fun homie
