Sorry to say that But i feel sorry for the kid to have you as a mother.
Simply life shows that stupidity has no limits.
Who gives A F* if you gain extra weight, all i know that any diet could lead to some level of hunger and that could affect on the baby.
for God sake MISS UNIVERSE , can you wait another 5 months? then you can loose as much as you can.
If you need a medical attention you go to a license Doctor, same way with regards to health and wellness. Do not consult blindly in the net you might get the wrong information. You better consult a qualified Dietitian to answer your questions. They are license with updated trainings to give you a consistent answer. Goodluck in your pregnancy.
Hi,
The pregnant lady should increase weight 20kgs (0-9 months), so nothing to worry..
Pregnant lady should think about only healthy food, after delivery you can reduce the weight, but don't start now. it will affect baby growth.
Please, can you specify your height and weight before pregnant?
Don't worry much, balance with food.. Don't eat oily food and junk foods.
.
thanx segmund......but u see...my sis-n-law(not pregnant)....she was obese and she consulted a dietician and she lost 20kgs almost and slowly safely.....
i went thru almost all the articles on net.....all says diffrnt methods....cant belive as such....
I think the dieticians here are so fat and big themselves. You had better not consult them. You can search online, try to find out what is normal weight gain in pregnancy, how much you should be eating--- and most important of all, the important micronutrients that you must include in your diet must be known to you. Best of luck, have a safe pregnancy.
and i dont eat a lott to gain those extra pounds...upto 10kgs...thts too much anywyz...
