Standard Maid agreement
I know it might be me being a little too anal, however........
........ does anyone know of a standard agreement (contract) for taking on maids severcies?
i have recentley interview a number of ladies for a live out full time position. and want to move things forward, failing that i will draft something myself, to cover working hours, duties, slary, days off, meals lunch breaks etc.

Agreement is different to the contract under labour law. There is an agreement between the employer and the worker specially when taken locally..

I visited the Philipino Labour Office (attached to the embassy) and got two sample contracts for unskilled workers (housemaids, etc.). From this, I wrote a contract. I'll attach it to a new Post since I don't know how to attach documents to replies.
