The story of waiting lists in some of nursery schools in Qatar

Why all nurseries in Qatar even the newest have a waiting lists?

Last week I met a lady works in one of them. The strange that I visit her nursery, I think it was very bad Small building, no green area, no outdoor playing , their classes are very small, no safety standard for kids and non qualified teachers. However, there is a long waiting list. I asked her why? Her answer was first we have narrow classes, second we open the class when kids' numbers in the waiting list are enough to hire the staff.  Finally it is sound good to have waiting list nowadays even you aren't good enough. So don't be tricked by the waiting list before you visit the school and find out if it is good or bad.
