Hi QL'ers

I am writing on this forum for my dearest friend. She had come to doha on a visit visa. Her husband is working in a pretty good company. She has been staying here for almost 7 months on visit visa.

Now during last week of her visa expiry, she got a job offer in a company(Name is hidden). They promised her shift timings which is 8 hours,6 days a week. Now whats happening is she has been there in that company for 3months, they started behaving very different with her.Its now 11-12hours instead of 8hours, no overtime, no transportation, asks here to work even on fridays. If she tells she has family commitments, they threaten her they will cancel her visa.they have not even provided her ID as well even though her medicals and finger printing is over.

My question is when she was about to join this company, her husband gave NOC for her to work there so her family visit visa got converted to work visa. What she should be doing, or if she resigns from this company, is it necessary she can come back only after 2 years ban or she can come back to qatar on a family visit visa within few months.

QL'ers i totally understand this might have been discussed before, but still can anybody suggest me some ideas, as a true friend i am not able to see their sufferings..

THANKS TO ALL Q'LERS!!!!!!!!!
