Tough times and tough question

Guys,

I've learnt today that a friend of mine had lost one his relatives, few of my other friends are going to his house for condolence.

I would like to know what is condolence is called in arabic (izza or azza)

Secondly what do I say to my friend, I'm very good at it in english or in my mother tongue..but in arabic (beats me)...or how different are their customs.

I really would like to know.

i don't know arabic...but here's what i know..."action speaks louder than words"...just go, visit your friend...it's your presence that he needs most...not your words...
