Travel time to Sherborne school

We've narrowed down our villa search to 2 possibles: one is in Al Jazi, the other is Palm City Gardens area. We've done the drive to Sherborne school from each of them - but since it's holidays and quiet time of the year, there hasn't been the traffic we've been warned to expect.

Can anyone give me an idea of how long it takes to get from either of these locations to Sherborne?
