I think it's a waste of time searching Pre-Seed in Qatar, I even tried in Dubai but no luck. Last time, I bought it for a friend of mine was from UK.. Ask your friends or relatives back in US or UK to courier it. If I can find more info, will keep you posted. Thanx

The problem with the later is, you need to provide a physical address for the product to be delivered. Another options is to ask a friend back home to purchase and courier it to you.
