Visa guide (Urgent)

Good Afternoon,

I have series of questions regarding visa hope some body can help me out. I am on visit visa, This is my 5th month however i am pregnant also (4 month almost).we are planning to have delivery here now my questions are :

1. If i extend my visa based on pregnancy (Medical conditions) how long i can get extension my due date of delivery is first week of April inshALLAH

2. Is there different type of extensions based on C-section or normal delivery as C-section requires more rest?

3. Suppose if i got visa on medical terms can i go for umera by road in DEC (that will be my 6th month) or i am not allowed to travel outside of country??

4. Three month rule is still valid or it is changed now ?? If changed after how long we can come back after exiting from this country ? Do my husband has to repeat whole process of documentation again?
