I am a Canadian Pastry Chef and Baker just getting settled in Doha. I am looking for feedback on what sweets or baked goods people here are unable to find? Is there something you would like to see higher quality of? Are you looking for specialty items such as gluten-free desserts? Specialized treats such as cookies, cupcakes or cakes?
