Why don't Family Consulting Center respond?

I emailed the center over four times, regarding urgent personal issues. I specified in my email that I simply cannot -although I wouldn't hesitate a moment to- visit them to ask for help. If I said I am trapped where I currently live, it'd be an understatement. I'm a mess. I'm imprisoned. Please, if anyone has any idea where I can reach out for help, I'd truly appreciate it.
