SCHOOL REGISTRATION FOR CHILDREN REQUIRED FOR QID RENEWAL

Hi, need some help who experience the same situation with me. when i tried to renew my son's QID in Metrash. it says it need school registration. but my son did not go to school because of his illness. how can i get exemption for this?

Just get the Bonafide from school and submit it in compulsory education platform Maarif.

I am facing the same issue, my daughter is currently completing her education online , i am stuck to renew her QID, any suggestions ??
