Tailor needed to make wedding dress

I am looking for an excellent tailor who can make a wedding dress from being shown a picture of a dress. Also goof in spoken English would be helpful. Please if you know of any tailor share their details with me. Thanks!

It’s very hard to come by a good tailoring place in Qatar. I would recommend a super approachable and affordable all around organised tailoring place in Doha that does repairs and alterations as well as simple dressmaking. They are listened on Trip Advisor and cater to English speaking customers very well.
