And hope whatever views and reviews you receive/have received will actually benefit you! Personally, I always prefer to keep any advices and constructive criticism I have for anyone, specially when it is something as privy as how I perceive them to be which I can easily be wrong and misjudge them, between them and me only rather than publicizing them on a public forum, just as I would like others to do the same by me.

Less chances of things like ego and embarrassment causing much damage then!
