gender roles

A journalist had done a story on gender roles in Kuwait several years before the Gulf War, and she noted then that women customarily walked about 10 feet behind their husbands.

She returned to Kuwait recently and observed that the men now walked several yards behind their wives.

She approached one of the women for an explanation. "This is marvelous," said the journalist. "What enabled women here to achieve this reversal of roles?"

Replied the Kuwaiti woman: "Land mines"

To name a few:1.Both go side by side but when a narrow passage comes woman gets behind the man in order to allow passage otherwise the passers by might hurt her shoulders.2. Naturally men walk faster than women due to the length, stamina and speed.3. I have noticed that most of the women are slow drivers due to their slow reflexes.4. Woman walks slow due to her belongings such as costumes, big big purses, sandals, kids etc.Westerns should worry about themselves rather than pointing out others problems.
