They are waking up to false economy. It will crash, then Qatar will take on quality rather than quantity and that is when things will improve'.

I thought there were like only 4 of them who responds from this number. They also seem to be the same people who respond on the other Qtel hotline numbers.

in fact I used it this morning! The problem is most people don't know that it exists. I am forever and always telling people to call 180. They are so surprised that it is available here. Oh and do you know that if you dial 140 you can get the correct time?

I know - nobody uses them ever - not quite sure why it isn't first thing people think of to get a number, or at least look online....

I agree Tess - I don't usually get the correct number, i try to get them to repeat what i asked for, but sometimes before i even finish the place of the number i want - they've already cut me off and sent me a random number!

it should be for the staff of "111" or "114".
