I think that this pervert needs to be caught - BUT, would it really "traumatise" you to see someone flash their todger at you ?

The reason i say this is that a similar case happened to my wife and a few of her friends in Saudi. They went on a shopping trip to Dammam. This guy saw them and decided to flash at them.

They laughed at him and went on their merry way. It did not traumatise them - angry , yes, but trauma - no!
