Qatari removes four-year-old barcode from windscreen
By halalbilal •
In what has been described as a "landmark event", a Qatari man this morning finally removed the shipping barcode from his Toyota Landcruiser, some four years after purchasing the motor.
"To be honest, I never thought this day would come," admitted 38-year-old Ahmad Wimple.
"But one of my drivers got a scratch on the bumper so I’ve been forced to replace the whole thing, and it had to come off."
However, Wimple added that, despite selling the car on, he still couldn’t bring himself to remove the plastic seat covers for fear of losing that “fresh out of the showroom” look. (Source: panarabiaenquirer.com)
On the bright side his turn signal bulbs are still new!
