The Pakistan embassy in Qatar has started issuing machine-readable passports (MRPs),

they give 85 tokens only for a day . this is why early morning people stand there same as like other offices in qatar .

I agree that the issue is not related to human rights. However, it does prove complete incompetence and disregard to people comfort on part of the embassy staff. People are lining up so early in the morning because number of people requiring service from embassy is too large. As a minimum, embassy can start an evening shift so that load may be distributed.

I understand that MRP started more than a month back. If embassy still has not figured out how to handle the initial rush of people needing MRPs, then the staff must be thrown out and competent people need to be brought in.

it may be because of the new electronic passports..now pakistan embassy has started electronic passports so the old passports needs to be converted to new elec passports..this process is started alomst a month ago only..thats y peopele was standing..n secondly yeah the embassy should have anough space to let them sit in one room in embassy called waiting area

Errr. "Very Cold" Europe -15°C, Karachi Average low for the next week +7°C, Doha Average Low for the next week +16°.

Groups of people milling around always look unsightly, but how is it against their human rights !?!?!?
