Al-Manhal Delivery trucks
Does anyone know how to complain about the Al-Manhal water bottles delivery trucks? I noticed since long time that these trucks drivers leave the bottles exposed to sun light and heat, contacted the company and informed them how this illegal and in the first place very dangerous to the consumers’ health. They showed very strange attitude by saying “don’t worry we know what to do”. I contacted one of the local papers and it was on papers in few days and all the water delivery trucks coverd the water bottles except this company.
HOW CAN I REPORT THIS TO AUTHORITIES, IT’S VERY DANGEROUS?
Even I want to complain... Cos Customer service is too bad. Every Monday Water person will come at 3pm. Nowadays the person is coming irregularly. Past two weeks the person has not come. If I call the Al Manhal, the lady or the man is responding irresponsibly. please help me. Past two weeks am buying water outside.
From my experience, I've to say that this is the worst water delivery service in Qatar. I've purchased 20 coupons for water delivery but I received only 4 bottles until now. For morethan 2 months, they are not coming to deliver water. We are just waiting with the bottles outside the flat in vain. When I call the company they always say "I'll remind the driver" but no one show up. I'm really frustrated with their service.

I am not looking for their help, I stopped dealing with them long time ago. I just feel sorry for those who drinks this water.
search the net for the kind of dangers for bottled water that exposed to heat (especillay this plastic type)
kindly check please.. and try to contact the company .. cause i've been dealing with ths company for a long time and i never get problems with them .. they r the best water company in Doha from my experience.. so try to contact them again they will help u..
