I know that the best way is to eat only chicken meat and fish, salads and some fruits, like apple and not too much of course.U must stop all sweets and soft drinks. You gonna lose your weight be sure. And the most important thing is after your diet to start adding step by step the other food,to keep your weight longer.Good luck

I tried to go to diet cafe, which is a kind of a factory with dietician and provide you with your meals but honestly my weight had increased instead coz i was not ready to accept the portion they gave me.besides I think it was a way to get money from me more than to really help me.

so f you really want to loose weight, let us make a group and work in it together than to believe in miracles.i need to loose as well 15 kg and i need a partner if you want let us work on it together with alot of fun instead of getting frustrated with all diets and works out,

cheers

Join a gym and try weight lifting workouts for women.Or buy two small dumbbells and exercise at home.

I heard this will increase and retain your metabolism even while you are sleeping.

I dont want to come to battle field, but I want to get the reward of martyer too. or otherwise I dont want people to see me but I want to climb on elephant and make a lofty safari in the market. If the later is possible complying with former, then 20 kg to take out from the body need a sharp knife using for shawerma. lol. Look the matabolic, and catabolic process of the body, and the proper balanced healthy living need several neutrients, protiens, and minerals that has to be supplied sufficiently enough in every day life throught food alone in normal circumstances.

Even the olive oil, that is to be used in raw, when coocking with it that converted to saturated fati acid giving the way for plaque formation again.

Anyway, the shortest cut I will recommend to you as follows:

avoid all carbos, i mean ricy, foods

use as much as fresh vegitable salads, and fruits

drink as much as cummins fried water frequently, avoid oversleeping. do walking morethan 45 minutes. Fish can be used and an egg white in the morning along with conflex in the non-fat milk.

and keep recording the substential changes daily, because every persons metabolic process cannot be same even if the food is controlled that would eleminate the extra pounds deposited by the body. Anyway Good luck.

Alright! Why dont we drink 2 bottles of water, walk for 30 minutes, and eat healthy food just for tomorrow?I am with you. Who else is joining? And see you all a little earlier than this tomorrow.

If someone can create a forum for "QL-ERS on weightloss", it would be nice.

Eagle of Heaven, the more important issue is, what are they losing ? fat or muscle ? What you burn by starving yourself and without exercise is in all likelihood, the muscle.

Burn fat with a calorie deficit diet and exercise. Physical activity that gets your heart rate up is necessary to burn fat. Or the other way to get the fat off, without physical exertion is to have it sucked out of you.

2. Walk for atleast 30 minutes on daily basis.

3. Have maximum green salads

4. Use olive oil to fry things

20 Kilograms in 2 months is too much too fast. The weight loss that you are looking at has to take place over a longer period of time.

You lose too much too soon and the skin will sag. If it is gradual, you'll give the skin time to firm up.

Just a fitness center, like Al Massa or Fitness first and they've trained personnel that will advice you and help you reach set targets.
