think stress is major part in evry ones life.it is treated in different manners...if it is possible try to think in my angle...
if it is easy life there is no interest...if u get food b4 u feel hungry it wont taste...if u get a comfortable bed b4 u get sleep its no use... if u dont struggle there is nothing to tell anything about ur interesting life.stress teach us what is the true life.strech ur hands friendly to welcome stress with smile....then stress itself feel ashamed and run away from us...its my logic...bkas i love my life which is full of stress...we can achieve many things...we can say proudly s i did something great...
