Charcoal Filter for shower head

Dears,
Can anybody guide me where to find charcoal filter for shower head in Doha.

Has anybody used it before and is it effective...

I tried to use a very ordinary filter on the shower head and in 15 days it became dirt yellow in colour..I tried to find from the web that this is that too much chlorine in water which is having harmful effect on our hairs and skin..
I am quite sure that a better filter can give some advantage for the hair and skin..

Maybe the best way is to centralize a charcoal cleaner so all the water in your house gets chlorine taken out we have it but I can't explain how it works. Maybe a water tank company can tell you here. Also I found taking kelp pills help to reduce hair loss.
